Dr. Rajani G is a highly accomplished Consultant Physician and Intensivist in the Department of Internal Medicine & Critical Care, with over 20 years of extensive clinical, leadership, and teaching experience. She currently serves in senior roles across multiple organizations in India, with long-term tenure as Senior Consultant at a leading NABH/NABL-accredited oncology tertiary care hospital since 2020, alongside prior positions as Consultant, Junior Consultant, and Medical Director at a rehabilitation center, as well as early career roles in multi-specialty and specialized hospitals.
Her expertise encompasses the management of complex critical illnesses including ARDS, Swine flu, neurocritical care, ECMO, severe infections, and advanced procedures such as emergency/elective intubations, central lines, dialysis catheters, tracheostomy, and more.
Dr. Rajani has played key roles in ICU admissions and management, infection control (including COVID-19 protocols and isolation setups), antimicrobial stewardship, hospital pharmacotherapeutics, policy formulation, and training of junior doctors and nurses in critical care fellowship programs. She has also contributed to outpatient care and clinical research initiatives.
