This Cancellation & Return Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to medical services, consultations, and other payments made to the hospital.
1. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations:
- Patients can cancel their scheduled appointments at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Surgery & Procedure Cancellations:
- If a patient wishes to cancel a scheduled surgery or procedure, they must notify the hospital at least 48 hours in advance.
- Any pre-paid charges may be refunded after deducting necessary administrative and medical evaluation costs.

Diagnostic & Lab Test Cancellations:
- Cancellations for diagnostic tests or lab investigations are allowed before sample collection or before the test begins.
- If the test has already been conducted, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy

Consultation Fees:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been availed.
- If a patient cancels a pre-paid consultation at least 24 hours in advance, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

Surgery & Treatment Refunds:
- If a surgery or medical procedure is canceled by the hospital due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
- If a patient cancels the treatment plan, the refund will be processed after deducting any pre-operative expenses incurred.

Pharmacy & Medicine Returns:
- Medicines purchased from the hospital pharmacy cannot be returned unless there is a valid reason such as damage, incorrect supply, or an expired product at the time of purchase.
- Any return request must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and the original bill must be presented.

Medical Equipment & Devices:
- Items such as medical equipment, prosthetics, or health aids purchased from the hospital are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the patient’s account, depending on the payment provider.
- Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the payment process may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exceptions
- No refunds will be provided for emergency treatments, partially availed services, or hospitalization charges once admission is completed.
- The hospital reserves the right to modify or deny refunds based on individual case assessments.
