As per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (Privacy Rules) and the Data Privacy and Security Policy of Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute (Privacy Policy), Mr. Ramesh R., AGM – Quality Assurance Department, is appointed as the Grievance Officer for Data Privacy until further communication.
